Nigerian singer-songwriter, Davido, born David Adeleke has confirmed that he is married to Chioma Avril Rowland.
He made this known in his first exclusive interview with content creator and comedian, Kiekie, since he took a break from music and social media.
Davido talked about his relationship, latest album “Timeless”, the challenging times and his future plans with the DMW record label.
It may be interesting to note that the Fall crooner unveiled two new signees on Wednesday namely; Morravey and Logos Olori.
Davido showed off his wedding ring during the chat and happily announced to the world that he is now a married man.
According to the father of three, the wedding ceremony took place during his five months break.
Davido also stated that he is ready to get back on the road, hit the stage and go on tours.
“Just being away, I have had a lot to think about, time to rest, reflect on a lot of family time, and definitely a time to make music again and remake the album.
Before I went on break, I actually had an album ready. I travelled, it was wild. I am married. A lot of different things but we’re ready to get back on the road, tour…..” he said.
When Kiekie asked if he missed his fans and well wishers, Davido answered; “Definitely, I have never taken these kind of break”.
